Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for NoTrace pre-reservations and purchases made through killdrama.com.

1. Pre-Reservation Amount

The ₹199 (NoTrace LITE) or ₹499 (NoTrace ULTRA) pre-reservation amount secures your spot in the Founder's Batch. This amount is fully redeemable against your first order.

2. Cancellation & Full Refund

We want every reservation to feel easy. If for any reason you decide not to continue with your NoTrace pre-reservation, you may cancel it and receive a full refund of the amount paid, even after the product has officially launched.

There is no strict cancellation deadline — simply email us before your Founder's Batch order ships and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

After your order ships, the standard product return policy applies.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet via Razorpay). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Product Returns

Due to the consumable nature of oral strips, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the seal is intact.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at sales@killdrama.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
