Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to NoTrace ULTRA reservations placed through killdrama.com.

1. Reservation Deposit

The ₹499 NoTrace ULTRA payment is a Founder’s Batch reservation deposit. It secures priority access and is fully adjusted against the planned ₹999 Founder price. It is not payment for a completed or ready-to-ship product.

2. Product in Development

The final formula, packaging, supported benefits, production schedule and commercial specifications remain subject to development and validation. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders before fulfilment.

3. Cancellation and Full Refund

You may cancel before dispatch and receive a full refund of the reservation deposit. If KillDrama cannot commercialise the Founder’s Batch, reservations will be cancelled and refunded. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing commonly takes 5-10 business days after KillDrama initiates the refund.

5. After Dispatch

Opened consumable products cannot ordinarily be returned for change of mind. Damaged, incorrect, defective, late or materially misdescribed deliveries will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Requesting a Refund

Email hello@killdrama.com with your order ID and registered email address. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
